You can reach Customer Support directly from the in-app chat page.
By default we use AI-assisted replies so typical questions get a fast answer. If the AI is not helpful—or you prefer a human—you can turn off AI responses from the chat ⋮ (More) menu. Our team is then notified so a teammate can reply and help you.
Customer support by email
To compose an email to our team, open the app and go to Settings → Customer Support. Your email app opens with our address: support@mcrental.app.
Report a problem
The app also includes a dedicated Report problem screen. Use it to explain what happened; you’ll get follow-up from our team with replies sent to the email address you enter.
Response Times & Availability
Our team is available 24/7, including weekends. You'll receive a response within 24 hours.
Emergency Contact During a Rental
If your issue is urgent or an emergency during a rental, please make sure to set the email subject as exactly "urgent" or "emergency". Describe the problem in the email body. This helps us prioritize your case immediately.
